1. Visit Business Manager:

  • Usually located at the top right corner of the page.

3. Log in to Facebook:

  • If you’re not already logged in to your personal Facebook account, you’ll be prompted to log in. Remember, you must have a personal Facebook account to create a Business Manager account.

4. Enter Your Business Details:

  • Name: This should represent your business. It will be visible to everyone and can’t include any special characters.
  • Business email: Enter the email address you want to use for notifications and to communicate with your clients.
  • Click “Next.

5. Enter Your Business Address and Other Details:

  • Provide information about your business including the street address, city, postal code, and country.
  • After filling out the required fields, click “Next.

6. Specify Your Business Details:

  • You may be asked about your business details like the website, business details, and what the Business Manager will be used for (e.g., promoting goods, providing services).
  • After entering the necessary details, click “Submit.

7. Confirm Email:

  • Check the business email you provided in step 4. You should receive a confirmation email. Open it and click the confirmation link.

8. Add Assets:

  • Once your Business Manager is active, you can start adding assets like Pages and Ad Accounts or request access to other assets owned by your clients or partners.

9. Add People:

  • If you have team members or collaborators, you can add them by clicking on the “Business Settings” button (usually located at the top right corner). Under the “Users” section, you’ll find the “People” tab where you can invite others to your Business Manager.

10. Create or Integrate Your Ad Account:

  • If you already have a Facebook Ad Account, you need to link your ad account. In “Business Settings”, find the “Accounts” section and then “Ad Accounts“. From here, you can create a new ad account or add an existing one.

11. Set Up Payment Methods:

  • If you intend to run ads, ensure you set up your payment methods. Under “Business Settings” and in the “Billing” section, you can add your credit card or other payment options.
