Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, Major League Marketers will be compensated for the services rendered up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability

Major League Marketers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or loss of revenue or profits arising out of or related to the services provided.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Major League Marketers for clients remains the intellectual property of Major League Marketers until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, ownership is transferred to the client.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Major League Marketers reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the services provided by Major League Marketers shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the United States of America.
